Tai Hing PBT tapered bristle fiber can reduce the weight of the Brush Fiber and reduce the production cost. A tapered bristle filament is as its name suggests，a tapered end. It has single or double tapered. With the tip narrowing and lessen in Tapered filament filaments, Tai Hing PBT single or double tapered filament fiber becomes more sensitive and prone to greater bending. It is especially suitable for Makeup Brush Filament, such as powder brush filament, blusher brush filament, eyelashes filament and foundation liquid brush filament etc.
PBT tapered filament has better chemical properties, such as good performance in absorbing and releasing, low temperature properity and good bending recovery ect. Besides, it is soft and flexible enough to clean and paint effectively. The cavity of PBT Hollow Filament can provide space for the paint to accumulate, which can effectively improve the paint absorption rate of the brush filament. All products can be OEM and there are various color and filament shapes for customers' needs.
