Tai Hing manufactures Nylon PA46 is suitable for fruit and vegetable washing conveyor brush. Filament has high temperature resistance performance of 295 centigrade and it can work efficiently in heat environment without filament deformation. PA46 Brush Fiber can remove the dust, mud and other little debris on the fruit surface. Besides, Filament has good wear resistance, heat resistance, bending strength, tensile strength, strong anti-corrosion anility to wash vegetable, fruit and seafood completely. PA46 Nylon Filament has uniform diameter and tensile strength, which can increase the filament tufting success rate and reduce the occurence of filament sheding. Brush Fiber can be customized based on clients' requirement, such as additional function, diameter, color and cutting length.
