Tai Hing provides PA612/PA610/PA6/PA66 Nylon Filament with food grade can be added antibacterial and antiviral function based on customers’ different requirements. Tai Hing’s hygiene cleaning Nylon Bristle has excellent features of heat resistance, antibacterial function, chemical resistance and wear resistance etc. It also has good bending recovery strength and filament softness, which will rebound quickly after bending. Soft filament will not deform or shed easily after the mechanical operation.
Food grade filament sometimes requires contacting with food directly or indirectly, so filament safety is very important in brush production.Tai Hing’s Cleaning Brush Filament had passed ‘ISO 18184:2019 Determination of Antiviral Activity of Textiles Test’ and ‘the standard test method GZF23-003904.001 for the determination of antibacterial activity of antibacterial agent’, which meant the bacteria reduction rate of filament reached 99%.
