In order to test the antibacterial and antiviral effect of our antibacterial filament, Tai Hing commissioned the authoritative organization to carry out the following tests.
It was found that the virus reduction rate of Videfens™ Brush Bristle reached 99.92% through the test of ` ISO 18184:2019 Determination of Antiviral Activity of Textiles`. The antiviral activity Mv=3.0 means the antiviral effect of Videfens brush fiber is excellent.
According to the ASTM E 2149-2020 and the standard test method GZF23-003904.001 for the determination of antibacterial activity of antibacterial agent, under the dynamic contact condition, the submitted sample was conducted the antibacterial experiment with 24 hours shaking contact time.
In the test, antibacterial filament was placed in the environment full of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli for 24 hours, in which the bacteria reduction rate of Videfens™ brush bristle was more than 99%.
Safety: filament reaches food grade safety, which is non-toxic, harmless and non-irritating.
Long-term effect: long-term antibacterial effect and the 99% virus reduction rate.
